Aspen Row's philosophy is to provide a central hub for your health and wellness activities. Inside the gym you'll find a variety of equipment, a knowledgeable staff, and group training programs. Members are kept abreast of community health activities outside the gym such as biking, hiking, running and other health and wellness events.​

Personal training programs are available to help craft custom workout and nutrition plans to help you achieve your fitness goals, regardless of what they may be.

COURSES
Boot Camp classes run Monday-Friday, and we are currently seeking a experienced Trainer to lead Yoga & Meditation classes. Members can book into classes via the mobile app or see a Staff Member get signed up.
*Boot Camp participants will need to see a Staff Member to get enrolled.

Boot Camps
Focused on strength building and weight loss, group Boot Camps are a fun way to work up a sweat.
This course is applicable to both beginners and advanced individuals.
Kick Boxing
High energy, cardio focused, Kick Boxing courses are a great way to build endurance and strength.
Yoga/Meditation
Yoga & Meditation are alternative forms of exercise to keep the mind and body healthy and happy. Practicing yoga improves balance, endurance, flexibility, and strength, while meditation helps keep the mind sharp, relieves stress and anxiety, and can strengthen your immune system.
TRAINERS
Personal Trainers are available to craft individual training plans to help you reach your goals.
